Saturday, November 14, 2015 — from 1 pm - 5.30 pm

Amba Hotel, Charing Cross, London

An afternoon of talks, discussion and meditation reflecting on the way forward
to a more enlightened, spiritually based world community

Working with the Angels: Community Building in the Digital Age

Revd. Tom Ravetz

Tom Ravetz is a Priest of The Christian Community – a denomination inspired by Rudolf Steiner. He is especially interested in how the spiritual hierarchies are at work in organisational life. Tom will discuss how through exercising the choice “to love” we can find creative freedom in every situation of life and wisely use it to become co-creators with the angels of “new worlds”.

Alchemy for Transformation in the World

Sarida Brown

Sarida Brown guides the Sufi Healing Order internationally and founded and edited the healing journal Caduceus for 20 years. In the Sufi mystical tradition, the heart is the centre of consciousness, the altar of divinity in the human being – ‘God is human perfection and man is divine limitation’. Sarida will speak about the transformative and creative power of the human heart, to incarnate the qualities of love, harmony and beauty in the world.

The Invisible Heart: Sharing the World’s Resources

Rajesh Makwana

Rajesh Makwana is the executive director at Share The World’s Resources (www.sharing.org) which campaigns for a fairer sharing of wealth, power and resources within and between nations. The conversation will explore how the ‘invisible hand’ of self-centred economics can be transformed into the group-centred ‘invisible heart’ which powers a just and sustainable circulation of all planetary resources through right sharing.

WYSE Heads on Young Shoulders

Clarence, Hilary and Michael Harvey

The three members of the Harvey family are all associated with WYSE (World Youth Service & Enterprise) and will be sharing their vision of the organisation and the wider role of youth in world transformation. Clarence was vice-principal in a Steiner school and has run events on soul-based education since the late 1990s. Hilary is a leadership development consultant and executive. Michael is a consultant for a think tank and strategic advisory firm working with businesses to catalyse leadership on sustainability.
