If you have tried to form a triangle, but have been unable to find two other suitable people to work with, and you would like to be put in contact with other co-workers on-line, please would you fill in the following short questionnaire below and then click on the 'Send' button. Upon receipt of your details, we will include your name, email address, country of residence and any comments you may like to add on the 'list of triangles contacts' secure web page. This page lists the details of other co-workers, who you can contact in order to form a triangle.

If the three of you agree to form a triangle, we would be grateful if you could register the triangle on the Triangles Registration Form web page, or send by email or post giving your names and addresses. If you are new to the work we will then send you all introductory Triangles literature and include you on our quarterly Triangles Bulletin mailing list.
