Helping Civil Society to Effect Change

Helen Clark, head of the United Nations Development Programme since April 2009 and the former Prime Minister of New Zealand from 1999 to 2008, talks about the process of how civil society might be able to use the data gathered in planning for post-2015, holding governments accountable.
