La meditación es la forma principal de servicio para quienes siguen un camino espiritual. Es un medio de colaborar y alinearse con el propósito jerárquico. El período de luna nueva sigue al ciclo de exhalación en los ciclos rítmicos de la respiración; es un momento de pausa en el que juntos podemos establecer un alineamiento alma-mente-cerebro. Durante este período trabajamos mentalmente para concretar las ideas e impresiones recibidas en el momento de la luna llena y emprendemos el proceso a veces difícil de convertirlas en planes prácticos que puedan ser de utilidad en el mundo. El efecto de este esfuerzo meditativo es mejorar las muchas formas en las que el "poder de la Vida una" y el "amor del alma una" están actuando a través de todos los verdaderos servidores en todas partes. In this dawning Aquarian Age, it is becoming clearer that the soul is group conscious and therefore its magical work is more potent, because it is undertaken in group formation. In Cancer, the group impulse is understood through this constellation’s expression of the Law of Rebirth, or Periodicity. Through this law, the soul manifests itself cyclically, willingly taking life in form, to sacrifice and serve the Plan.
We are told that the Law of Sacrifice came into expression in the Piscean Age and is now therefore easily understood and comprehended by the Human mind. However, the relevance of this divine quality in the now dawning Aquarian Age should not be underestimated; it is of profound importance to the development of group consciousness and the quality of spiritual will.
These two qualities of the spiritual will and group consciousness are defining characteristics of aspiring and future servers. Disciples and the New Group of World Servers itself must ultimately develop and master both in the generations to come.
The presentation will examine the role that Sacrifice and the Spiritual Will play in the life of the individual as he moves from self-consciousness to group consciousness, in world affairs as humanity transitions from nationalism to globalism, and in the life of the NGWS as it learns to align with and therefore awaken the spiritual will.
- What is group consciousness? Is it a quality to be developed, a guiding ideal, or a spiritual fact of the soul on its own plane?
- Do you recognize the basic antagonisms which exist between the spiritual will, the group will, and the individual will? How do these play out in world affairs?
- What role can sacrifice, “the process of making whole,” play in the alignment of the individual, group, and spiritual will?
