It is interesting to consider the relationship between the triangle and the diamond, for the diamond is a symbol for the goal of humanity. It is stated that these Goals “have the power to end poverty, fight inequality and stop climate change.” There is now a worldwide initiative to involve and energise an effort by “all of us, governments, businesses, civil society and the general public to work together to build a better future for everyone.”* This demonstrates that in spite of trends apparently to the contrary, our collective human will is responding positively to the guiding influence of planetary purpose emanating from “the centre where the Will of God is known”.
