Light and the Nature of Revelation – Barbara Allen

With the ongoing precipitation of Light Supernal into the world, the disciple in training is well-placed to “clean the windows” of perception and behold the “inbreakings of the divine.” This includes that which is on the threshold of revelation, for we are reminded that “revelation is the revelation of that which is ever present; it is not in reality the revelation of something new and hitherto unknown.” Every revelation has its place in a great series of revelations and enlightenments and it is essential that the modern disciple no longer goes forward blindly. The goal is to work consciously and knowingly for light, and to cooperate in the process of revelation.

Journalism, Social Media and the Seventh Ray: Working towards a collective transformation and reorientation of humanity – Dr. Alessandro Martinisi

Dr. Martinisi has contributed to the development of educational curricula in the area of media research methods, statistics communication and health communication. He also took part as co-investigator in research projects related to journalism, health communication, and Virtual Reality. Before entering academia, Alex served as a Communication Officer for the United Nations and worked as a journalist in Italy. His academic publications include topics on data-driven journalism, fake news, and de-westernisation.

The number seven features throughout nature and supernature: The seven colours of the rainbow, the seven notes of the western musical scale, seven predominant energy levels in the atom; in psychology, reference is often made to the ‘magical number seven’ as “the limit of the typical capacity of the brain’s working memory.” The list goes on…These phenomena are all the effect of seven basic energies, called the seven rays, that “stream forth from the centre formed by the impact of the will of God upon divine substance, demonstrating the seven qualities of Deity. These seven energies express themselves  “through the organised systematised processes of the seventh ray... This Ray is the one that largely controls, that manipulates, that geometrises and that holds sway over the form side, governing the elemental forces of nature.

In the Alice Bailey writings, we learn that “there are two major healing rays among the seven…They are the second and the seventh…” The seventh ray person relies on “extreme exactness in carrying out orthodox treatment of disease.” How is the field of neuropsychology developing in response to the increasing number of mental health problems that humanity is experiencing these days? What is the relationship between exoteric and esoteric healing and how might a bridge between the two develop in the future? 

Linda Monaci is a Consultant Clinical Neuropsychologist whose work includes providing neurorehabilitation following brain disorder, for instance cognitive strategies for cognitive difficulties. She also intervenes to ameliorate emotional distress, such as symptoms consistent with depression. Anxiety, stress and post-traumatic stress disorder

Sacramental Living – Student Discussion with Isha Strasser and Mario Eugster 

Sacramental living is a life lived in the spirit of ceremony and ritual – a life that moves in concert with the magical light and sound of the Kingdom of the Soul within; and it is a way of life that can be practiced by all who are aspiring to live in the light, think in the light, and transform in the light. It is a life wherein all forms are regarded as symbols of an inner reality, and where the daily routine of activities, along with all the forms that make up the surrounding environment, have sacramental value. This truly religious approach to life is the first step on the way to becoming an agent of sacred transformation – both in the local and in the global environment.

Isha Strasser has worked as an Interfaith Minister, Chaplain, Yoga Instructor, and Managing Director of the Center for Contemporary Mussar – a Jewish ethical, educational and cultural movement. She currently serves as a Director at Friends School Mullica Hill, a Quaker educational model for Pre-K—8th grade.  

Mario Eugster is a pianist and music therapist working in adult mental health in a large NHS Trust.
