Due to the Coronavirus, and until further notice, all physical meetings for the New Moon and Full Moon are cancelled and will be replaced by live audio broadcasts via Zoom. Archives of the broadcasts will continue to be posted here. The Zoom broadcasts for New Moon and Full Moon will include a talk followed by a meditation. An email notice will be sent in advance of the meeting with all the information needed to link to the Zoom broadcast.
“STRENGTHENING THE HANDS OF THE NEW GROUP OF WORLD SERVERS”
Meditation is the primary form of service for those following a spiritual path. It is a means of cooperation and alignment with hierarchical intent. The new moon period follows upon the cycle of out-breathing in the rhythmic cycles of the breath; it is a time of pause wherein together we can establish a soul-mind-brain alignment. During this period we work in thought to concretize the ideas and impressions received at the time of the full moon period and undertake the sometimes difficult process of translating them into practical plans that can be of service in the world. The effect of this meditative effort is to enhance the many ways in which the “power of the one Life” and the “love of the one soul” are working out through all true servers everywhere. The meeting will be held remotely via Zoom and will be followed by online group discussion and meditation.
THEME: A New UN General Assembly Gathers in a Time of Crisis: Dangers and Possibilities on the Path Towards Cooperation
The Virgo New Moon takes place shortly before the start of the high-point of the year for the United Nations and for global citizens movements : the opening of a new session of the General Assembly, with presentations by heads of state from around the world and associated ‘high-level’ events and summits. This year, amidst the coronavirus pandemic, the UN celebrates its 75th anniversary. Events begin on International Day of Peace, September 21, with a special session of the GA devoted to the theme The Future We Want, the UN We Need: Reaffirming our Collective Commitment to Multilateralism. On the 30th there will be a Summit on Biodiversity, and on October 1, the 25th Anniversary of the Fourth World Conference on Women in Beijing will be honored.
All this fits well with the energies of Virgo when our attention is focused on the birthing of a newly oriented humanity within the womb of time and space. The meeting and meditation will also align with the Cycle of Conferences visualization, projecting a seed of living will energy into the gatherings at the UN and the countless supportive activities by concerned citizens around the world. And it will help prepare for the World Goodwill seminar on November 14, with its theme: The Spiritual Dynamics of Crisis on the Path to Global Cooperation.

2. Do you see any signs in the life of the UN to suggest that humanity is preparing for a spiritual birth? If so, what would that birth look like? How might it be reflected: in the nations of the world, and in the UN.
