Archives of the broadcasts will continue to be posted here. The Zoom broadcasts for New Moon and Full Moon will include a talk followed by a meditation. An email notice will be sent in advance of the meeting with all the information needed to link to the Zoom broadcast.
“STRENGTHENING THE HANDS OF THE NEW GROUP OF WORLD SERVERS”
Meditation is the primary form of service for those following a spiritual path. It is a means of cooperation and alignment with hierarchical intent. The new moon period follows upon the cycle of out-breathing in the rhythmic cycles of the breath; it is a time of pause wherein together we can establish a soul-mind-brain alignment. During this period we work in thought to concretize the ideas and impressions received at the time of the full moon period and undertake the sometimes difficult process of translating them into practical plans that can be of service in the world. The effect of this meditative effort is to enhance the many ways in which the “power of the one Life” and the “love of the one soul” are working out through all true servers everywhere. The meeting will be held remotely via Zoom and will be followed by online group discussion and meditation.
Looking for Signs of a “Sense of Universality” in the World
Universality may be appreciated mentally as “the quality of involving or being shared by all people or things in the world” or as “the quality of being true in or appropriate for all situations” (Google Search). The Cambridge Dictionary defines universality “as the quality of being universal (existing everywhere or involving everyone).”
This straightforward definition of universality is, for many of us, easily appreciable, and when pondered on, gradually lead to the realization of “the sense of universality [as] (not a vague phrase, but a specific potency) upon the physical plane.” The resulting light will then relate us to the events and activities taking place in subtler realms. Recognition of the outer expressions of universality is therefore of utmost importance in our group work, and we are enjoined to make a constant effort at this discernment.
One sign of the growing sense of universality is to be found in the UN Development Group discussion note on the role of universality in the UN’s 2030 Agenda. Another sign is the pandemic when we are not only sharing in the fear, anxiety, and the associated world pain, but are participating in a global response to meet and overcome the threat posed by the Covid 19 virus. “A sense of universality” seems to permeate world opinion and effort; and in many places our adversity has brought us together, notwithstanding different perspectives on what is the right response. Perhaps this experience may “bring its due reward of light and love” and serve to increasingly awaken in us the “sense of universality,” and the recognition of its potency in world affairs.

- What role has the sense of universality played and continues to play in the world? Are we fit for a universal agenda in the world?
- How does the sense of universality contribute to diversity, knowing that the world is enriched by its diversity?
