Please include as much information as you can, including dimensions of artwork.

Please send submissions in the following formats, where possible:

Visual Work: photo, .jpg or .gif.

Poetry/Literature: email or .doc

Music: .mp3, CD, .aiff or .wav

(Pieces intended for performance should not exceed 20 minutes.)

Video/Movies: .mov


There is a donation to Lucis Trust of 30% of the sale price for any work sold as a result of exposure on the In the Tracks of Hercules web-site, at the Exhibition/Performance or on the CD-Rom. You will appreciate that we need to have some legal terms and conditions applicable to the event or site. Please refer to conditions.

Deadlines

The deadline for the submission of Performing arts large scale works - music, theatre, dance - is 31 May 2005.
The deadline for the submission of small scale self-contained performance works (maximum 7'), visual arts and literary material is 31 August 2005.
