Today, I want to share with you about Tokyo as one of Five Planetary Centers. The city has a personality Ray on the Fourth Ray, and the soul is the Sixth Ray. Although the Tibetan does not clearly write of the rays of Japan, the ray of personality seems to be the Sixth Ray, and Japan represents the more dense form of the material force known as Maya.

I was wondering how to discuss Geneva. How to present the city, bearing in mind it is a planetary
centre. As an approach to that question, we may want to warm up our thoughts and consider what a
centre is in the first place. It comes readily to our minds that a centre is some form of an outlet which
transforms non-expressed energies into expressed ones. I guess it’s another way of saying that a
centre is akin to a plexus which transmutes energy into force, or some form of a door through which
that which is esoteric becomes exoteric.
The whole concept of the five planetary centers that we have been discussing on recent webinars is a natural outgrowth of the growing understanding that the Earth is a living Being, a great Life.

Like Geneva, Darjeeling is more of a subjective center than the others, meaning that it is easier for pure spiritual energy to be directed through them. For this reason, Darjeeling is described as the high point of the London – New York – Darjeeling triangle. The City has a 2nd ray soul and a 5th ray personality and India the nation has a 1st ray soul and 4th ray personality.
