Beauty and the Selfless Group

Triangles work brings about a beauty of organisation as the inner web of light, the etheric body of the planet, is transformed from squares into triangles. This work will proceed apace under the organisational influence of the incoming seventh ray and the influence of Aquarius whose orthodox ruler is Uranus through which the seventh ray works. It is interesting to consider that triangles are formed through the division of squares. It is therefore, through the application of the Law of Separation and the recognition of duality that this brings, the two within the one, that moves us towards this greater organisational beauty.

Separative energies are very much in evidence in the world today and are the cause of much of the chaos, dissent and confusion seen on every hand. Such energies sit in stark contrast to the new incoming synthetic energies that encourage cooperative action and right human relations. It is the role of the new group of world servers to stand at the mid-way point of this duality, walking the noble middle way between the pairs of opposites. This idea can cause confusion, for it seems that we should work on the side of light, of cooperation and brotherhood. So, the question is, what does it mean to walk the middle path?

It is that power to see beyond the outer forces to the inner subjective life that is seeking expression on both sides. To not see all those who think differently to oneself, who have different opinions as to how things should be organised for example, as on the side of the forces of materialism or even evil. Materialistic forces are clearly at work, but they work on all sides, no side is free from their influence. The Tibetan begs us to ‘not to make the lines of cleavage wider by placing yourself, and all who follow your form of ideology, upon the side of the Forces of Light and all other people and their ideologies, with which you may not agree, upon the side of the Forces of Darkness.’

It is only when we can be sure that we hold on to nothing in our own lives, that we do not keep back anything for ourselves or our families, that one can safely say that the forces of materialism no longer have a hold on us. Can we in all honesty say from the heart that we do not hold on to anything in order to make our own or family’s lives better. If we cannot do this then we cannot sit in judgement on others. Therefore, the middle way is the only way.

It is a path of non-judgement that sees the beauty in all, and it is this middle way that aids the reorganisation that is going on in the world. For, the aim is right human relations and that can only come about from striving to understand all the varying points of view in order to work to bring these diverging opinions and viewpoints on to common ground so that cleavages can be healed. This requires a complete and utter trust in the beauty that lies within each and every person. Knowing that everyone is a duality and that by focusing on the side of beauty, we are focusing on the side of truth.

As Confucius is quoted as saying, ‘Everything has its beauty, but not everyone sees it.’ And this brings to mind Sutra 17 of Patanjali……
These forms are cognized or not, according to the qualities latent in the perceiving consciousness 17
We see in others therefore what we are ourselves and when the soul is illumining our thinking, we will see the soul in all others.
To see the beauty in all others is indeed a challenge in these times of increasingly polarised thinking, but in striving to do so we contribute to reorganising our own etheric makeup, redeeming it and raising its vibration from the heaviness of the square into the lightness of the triangle, for we increasingly take on the threefold energies of the soul.

In the words of an unknown poet:

"When thou canst see
Beneath the outer seeming
The causes which to all effects give birth,
When thou canst feel, in warmth of sunlight streaming
The Love of God, encircling all the earth,
Then know thyself initiate in the Mysteries
The wise men ever deemed of greatest worth."

As Triangles workers, we labour in the world of etheric causes, striving to transmit the energies of light, love and goodwill, and the potency of our work is enhanced through our ability to walk the middle Way, for then we work to build and strengthen connections with others on both sides.

We read that, ‘Unselfish people are not rare.’ But, ‘Unselfish groups are very rare’ hence, the predominance of separative thinking as the group energies increasingly flow in. The submergence of personal interests in the good of the family or in that of another person is often to be found, but to find such an attitude in a group of people and to see such a point of view maintained with an unbroken rhythm and demonstrating spontaneously and naturally—this will, we read, be the glory of the New Age. And, perhaps the Triangles group, with its focus on spreading the energies of love, light and goodwill to make it available to all whatever their political, racial, sexual, or national orientation. We do not direct the light to specific areas, or to specific groups, for we know that this can add to their problems, but we increase the light making it more evident and therefore more available for all those who can use it for the good of the whole.
We read that the Hierarchy awaits groups on the physical plane that can stand as an example of an emerging world unity. Can we as the Triangles group stand up and strive to be counted in this way? The beauty of the Triangle group is its simplicity and the fact that it draws those from different religions, races, nations into a unity of intention. We aim to merge our personalities into one forward swing, into a rhythm that creates a union that is so firmly established that naught can produce in the group the purely human characteristics of separation, of personal isolation and selfish seeking. Can we measure up to the vision as it exists in the mind of the Hierarchy, as a group through which They can work with greater surety than ever before. We can, as long we walk the middle Way of beauty and truth.                                                                                                                                            Christine Aagaard
