ENERGY FOLLOWS THOUGHT

As regular readers will know, each year, World Goodwill sponsors a seminar at our three centres in New York, London and Geneva. This year, the theme of the meeting was Energy Follows Thought.

Why this theme? Simply put, the power of enlightened thinking is the evocative principle of the new world community that we all long to see.

Genf - Marco Toscano-Rivalta

Eine Ansprache von Marco Toscano-Rivalta, Mitarbeiter der Vereinten Nationen in Genf im Rahmen der Internationalen Strategie zur Katastrophenvorsorge (UNISDR). „Im Wesentlichen stellt der Wille den Schlüssel in Richtung des in das Sein kommende „Zentrum der Harmonisierung von den Aktionen der Nationen im Erreichen dieser gemeinsamen Ziele” dar. Von dieser Perspektive aus können wir auch die Verbindung  zwischen dem Willen und dem Thema unserer Konferenz sehen. Tatsächlich ist der Wille für den Prozess des „Eindrucks”, des „kreativen Denkens” und der „Richtung” förderlich, welcher hinter der einleuchtenden Wahrheit „Energie folgt dem Gedanken” liegt. Daher ist es von fundamentaler Wichtigkeit, den Willen zu verstehen, seine Natur, sein Funktionieren, seine Charakteristiken und auch grundsätzlich die Tatsache, dass wir ihn nicht für selbstverständlich halten sollten, sondern wir müssen seiner Entwicklung Zeit und Anstrengung widmen. Die Arbeit, um ein Zentrum für harmonisierende Aktionen von uns selbst und von Nationen zu erbauen, muss ein spezielles Programm verfolgen, welches aus verschiedenen Aktivitäten besteht. Um Aktionen zu harmonisieren, müssen sie eingeleitet werden. Viele Wege und Aktionen - in anderen Worten „Formen” - müssen „erforscht” und initiiert werden, um den Willen zu lenken, der bei 7,2 Billionen Menschen besteht und von ihnen manifestiert wird.“
