Qigong is much more than just practising for physical health care. It is a 7000 year old method that seeks to regulate and harmonise the constitution of body, soul and spirit through a specific work with energy. Qigong is used as a therapeutic treatment in Traditional Chinese Medicine. It is a gentle technique to strengthen the body's vitality, to cure certain illnesses and it can even prolong the lifespan. This development process not only stimulates the self-healing powers, but it also activates the awakening and further development of consciousness on a higher level. It can promote the ability to connect the microcosm (a human being) with the macrocosm (universe) and bring them back into a harmonious resonance. Practising in groups creates strong energy fields, and their effects can be further enhanced by having people line up in geometric formations. Daily practice is very important in Qigong, as this is the only way to achieve lasting results.

The work of the Triangles is a profound spiritual practice, simple in its structure yet vast in its implications. It transcends personal spiritual attainment, calling for a collective approach to the upliftment of humanity. Three individuals unite daily in a shared intention, forming a sacred geometric pattern—a triangle—that serves as a conduit for spiritual energies. These Triangles are not symbolic alone; they are living cells within the etheric web of the planet. Through them, light, love, and goodwill flow into the collective consciousness of humanity, supporting the spiritual Hierarchy in its efforts to guide humanity toward its next evolutionary step.

A so-called Master, is someone who has perfected his methods for serving humanity to a – for us at least - unimaginable degree. In the same way, our Earth is destined to become a "sacred planet," as the ancient wisdom tells us, once its Regent accomplishes certain achievements, or “initiations”. But we are an inherent part of the Logos, we can and must consciously contribute to this transformation. The Triangles work is an opportunity to collaborate in a massive effort along occult lines to bring about this transformation; we can truly become the masons who help build this temple. With this triangular network we can expect that the inflow of higher energies will not be confined to specific individuals or groups, but will be available for the whole human race.

I was reading Lucis Trust literature on Triangles, and something really hit me. What hit me was the awareness that we were doing etheric work; the awareness that to say the Great Invocation with two other co-workers was not just a practice of invocation or a prayer, it was not just a visualization of Light, Love and Power descending onto us. What hit me was that we were doing something in order to have an effect on humanity’s etheric body. In other words, it was the realization that we are working with energy. I moved from having Light, Love and Power as mental concepts, objects that I visualized in my mind, to feeling them as energies moving in the etheric body of the inner worlds. The reality of humanity’s etheric field entered my consciousness.

Slowly, the beauty of this new etheric reality became part of my practice. I understood, embraced and embodied the notion that Invocation is not the end in itself. Rather, Invocation is a tool for us to “focus” on and to “release” the spiritual energies of Light, Love and Power that are going to vitalize this network. Since all energy is in ceaseless motion and flows naturally, once we have contributed to this “release”, we need to work on perpetuating the flow of spiritual energy and increase it in volume and potency by rhythmic impulsing (5). What I understood, embraced and embodied was the notion that we are directing energy (4-5).

Whether an artistic work is large or small, we have seen that it is the manifestation of an idea moving from the inside out. Then, as we went along, a word came to mind, the word: ‘symbol’. For the human mind, a symbol expresses an idea. Through this webinar, the Triangle has shown us the extent to which it is involved in the composition of various symbols to intensify their evocative power. But ‘evocation’ goes hand in hand with ‘invocation’. It may therefore be appropriate at this point to recall a line from the Triangles meditation: “We identify ourselves as a Soul, as functioning between the three great planetary centres: Shamballa, Hierarchy and Humanity, as one great Triangle of Light.” Through this practice, we strive to go from the outside inwards, visualising the Triangle of the Soul and entering into union with it.

We will conclude this talk by presenting this passage from Alice Bailey's book From Intellect to Intuition:

“This is fundamentally the meaning of Patanjali when he uses the expression translated “spiritual reading.”  It really signifies reading with the eyes of the soul, with the inner vision alert to find out that which is sought.  It is realized that all forms are only symbols of an inner or spiritual reality, and spiritual reading involves the development of the faculty of "reading" or seeing the life aspect which the outer form veils and hides.  This will be found to apply equally to a human form as to any other form in nature; all forms veil a divine thought, idea, or truth and are the tangible manifestation of a divine concept.  When a man knows this, he begins to read spiritually, to see below the surface and so contact the idea which gave birth to the form."

From the above, we therefore see a close relationship between the Soul, the mind and the brain, which represent a fundamental Triangle enabling us to be guided by intuition and to understand that true art consists in seeing the perfection behind all created forms.
