Electric Biology

Electric BiologyThis article refers to the former one, "The Primeval Code", and speculates that electric currents and their associated magnetic fields might be responsible for the recently discovered "protein jitter" in biological cells, changing their behaviour and creating new species. The article postulates that Rupert Sheldrake's "morphic fields," protein jitter, gamete alteration that leads to speciation, and the electric charges in cells might all be manifestations of electric plasma's emergent properties. From an esoteric perspective, only the intelligent agencies that guide the causative electric forces of the universe are required to complete this basic picture of transmutative evolution.
