“STRENGTHENING THE HANDS OF THE NEW GROUP OF WORLD SERVERS”

Meditation is the primary form of service for those following a spiritual path. It is a means of cooperation and alignment with hierarchical intent. The new moon period follows upon the cycle of out-breathing in the rhythmic cycles of the breath; it is a time of pause wherein together we can establish a soul-mind-brain alignment.  During this period we work in thought to concretize the ideas and impressions received at the time of the full moon period and undertake the sometimes difficult process of translating them into practical plans that can be of service in the world. The effect of this meditative effort is to enhance the many ways in which the “power of the one Life” and the “love of the one soul” are working out through all true servers everywhere. The meeting will include an exploration on the theme Easter, Resurrection & Restoration: The International Day of Happiness and a World in Process of Transformation, followed by meditation and group discussion. Easter, Resurrection & Restoration: The International Day of Happiness and a World in Process of Transformation
New Moon in March

We will be meeting for the Aries New Moon on the evening of the United Nation’s observance of the International Day of Happiness. This provides a good opportunity to reflect together on the Hierarchical forces pouring into humanity at this time and the turmoil in human affairs that is, in part at least, a result of these incoming energies. Within this potent mix of energies, we will seek to shine a light on the state of goodwill in the world. How does the goodwill present today compare with the goodwill present during the thirty years when Alice Bailey was communicating the Tibetan’s teachings on discipleship and the work to build right relationships?

March 20 is observed every year by the United Nations as International Day of Happiness – focusing less on the ephemeral sentiment of ‘feeling’ happy and more on the goals of human development – “recognizing the relevance of happiness and well-being as universal goals and aspirations in the lives of human beings around the world and the importance of their recognition in public policy objectives”. The Day also recognizes “the need for a more inclusive, equitable and balanced approach to economic growth that promotes sustainable development, poverty eradication, happiness and the well-being of all peoples”.

On March 20 the 2023 World Happiness Report will be released, but in preparation for the New Moon meeting we might all find it useful to review some of the key findings of the 2022 Report – exploring these findings in the light of the Tibetan’s comments on the energies of Easter, the Spirit of Resurrection, and the Forces of Restoration.
