The theme of invocation/evocation which Susan will be addressing, is a central aim underlying this period of the higher interlude of the spiritual year into which we are entering.  We work together as a group, in concert with Hierarchy and Shamballa and the new group of world servers to invoke the available energies and forces to come to the aid of a suffering humanity and all kingdoms in nature.

Today, I want to share with you about Tokyo as one of Five Planetary Centers. The city has a personality Ray on the Fourth Ray, and the soul is the Sixth Ray. Although the Tibetan does not clearly write of the rays of Japan, the ray of personality seems to be the Sixth Ray, and Japan represents the more dense form of the material force known as Maya.

I was wondering how to discuss Geneva. How to present the city, bearing in mind it is a planetary
centre. As an approach to that question, we may want to warm up our thoughts and consider what a
centre is in the first place. It comes readily to our minds that a centre is some form of an outlet which
transforms non-expressed energies into expressed ones. I guess it’s another way of saying that a
centre is akin to a plexus which transmutes energy into force, or some form of a door through which
that which is esoteric becomes exoteric.
