When we visualise the world with individuals and groups of light on it, we are imagining enlightened souls, and groups of enlightened souls.  Each shining according to its level of spiritual enlightenment.

Triangle workers gather as a group and lift their consciousness above the physical level and imaginatively look down on the scene.  Through their work, they then send thoughts of love and light to these lighted beings to increase the brilliance of them.  Energy follows thought and the lights are made brighter.
