Mary Stewart Adams is a star lore historian who led the successful initiative to establish Michigan’s only International Dark Sky Park in 2011. She has received numerous honors for her work and travels globally advocating for dark skies. Mary presents a weekly program on Interlochen Public Radio, The Storyteller’s Night Sky. A student of the Rudolf Steiner teachings, Mary will discuss the global issue of light pollution, its impact on energy resources, habitat, human health and our ability to connect deeply with our spiritual origins. http://storytellersnightsky.com
