Now is the time to rediscover the spirit of community in all social relations.
Sociology literally means “the study of companionship”. When World Goodwill began a focus on the theme of Social Regeneration in late 2021, it was done with the aim of evoking the Spirit of Companionship, imaginatively seeing it pouring through the entire field of human relationships, bringing fresh meaning, purpose, and a sense of future possibilities.
The need to re-imagine social relations in ways that enhance goodwill, sharing and the sense of belonging is one of the most critical needs of our time. During the years of the pandemic, and numerous interlocking crises, it has become even more urgent. This is the time to call forth the imagination and consider the regeneration and reigniting of a spirit of companionship between peoples, communities and nations; and between humanity and the living earth.
This page features a range of resources in the hope that they will stimulate on-going reflection on this spirit of companionship and community.

In november 2021 kwamen vrienden van Wereld Goede Wil en studenten van de Tijdloze Wijsheid van over de hele wereld bijeen in ZOOM-sessies, uitgezonden in verschillende talen vanuit Genève, Londen en New York, om te werken met de kracht van de groepsverbeelding, -intuïtie en -denken. Met de aandacht gericht op het thema verbeelding en sociale regeneratie, gebruikten we meditatie en visualisatie, gericht luisteren en discussie om groepsgedachte-vormen en -beelden te scheppen. Belangrijke sprekers op het gebied van regeneratief ontwerpen, gemeenschapsontwikkeling, collectief trauma, persoonlijke ontwikkeling en biografiewerk, boden inzichten gebaseerd op hun ervaring.
